Methods of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment;

• GoogleCheckout
• Wester Union
• Bank Transfer
• NoChex  (UK Customers)

There will be currency conversion charges applied to payments made in UK sterling from non UK sterling accounts.  This conversion is applied by the account/card issuer. We are not responsible for any currency conversions. Likewise for payments made is US dollars from a non US dollar card/account.

Delivery

All electronic products i.e unlocking codes and unlocking software are delivered via email.

Returns Policy

Full refund will be given in the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your unlock code. Likewise we are also happy to refund any unused Unlock Credits (username/passwords).

The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected

Automatically Cancelled Orders

We run an in-house Fraud Control system on all orders which carries out a number of checks to investigate the likelihood of the transaction being fraudulent. This system is programmed to look for known patterns of suspicious activity based on the order information such as locality, IMEI number(s), IP address, Invoice address, etc as well as the payment details and returns a 'confidence level'. Your order will be automatically cancelled, in the event of a low confidence level - even if the transaction is authorised by the Bank, Paypal, Nochex or Googlecheckout.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we feel to be suspicious and/or fraudulent. These orders are always reported to the relevant authorities. Should we receive a chargeback from our merchant service provider after the order has been fulfilled we will assume that we have been defrauded. All details entered on order together with your IP address will be forwarded to the relevant authorities. You will also be blacklisted from ordering at this website and several hundred other associated on-line retailers in the future.  IMEI numbers will be forwarded to the relevant network carrier which can also lead to a blocked phone. We also utilised and forward relevant information to CheckMEND and IC3

Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an order online.

We work closely with Fraud prevention agencies to protect against fraudulent activity through our payment systems.

Privacy Statement

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only.

NewMedia-Tec will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors to any third parties.

We may use the addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes on the website and/or new products, services or offers we think you'll find valuable.

We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the web site.

Unlocking is legal in most countries, customers receiving any unlocking equipment are required to check local laws before purchasing. NewMedia-Tec are not responsible for any law infringements made by its customers.

We do not stock or sell any software that has IMEI changing capabilities, nor answer any queries relating to IMEI changing. IMEI changing is illegal!!
